Delivery to billing address
In the online order process, the billing address is automatically adopted as the delivery address in the “Delivery address” order step.
Your details regarding the delivery address can be found in the order confirmation, which you will receive by email after completing your online order.
Delivery note and invoice are included with the delivery.
As soon as the ordered items leave our warehouse, you will receive a delivery confirmation (if you have given us an email when ordering) by email with information on shipment tracking and your invoice in PDF format.
Please use the shipment tracking to control your package, you can arrange this with our standard service provider GLS via the recipient service:

You will be notified by e-mail about the expected delivery time from the parcel service provider.
If the package could not be delivered, you will receive a notification with pick-up location information by email.
Your email will be passed on to the parcel service once.
Prices, shipping costs and delivery information:
The prices stated on the product pages include VAT and other price components. The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you in the shopping cart system and on the order page. The flat rate shipping fee includes VAT. The shipping fee is only finally calculated in the course of the ordering process.
GLS:
We deliver free of charge within Germany from a shopping cart of 20 euros with GLS. The delivery time within Germany is approx. 1-3 days. We usually ship within 24 hours after receipt of payment.
Shipping costs less than 20 euros within Germany with the shipping service provider GLS.
Hermes:
Alternatively, you can also choose the shipping service provider Hermes.
The shipping costs 4.50 euros within Germany with the shipping service provider Hermes. Hermes also allows delivery on Saturdays and delivers up to 4 times. 3-5 days delivery time!
DHL
Shipping costs 7.00 euros within Germany with the shipping service provider DHL. DHL also allows delivery on Saturdays.

Dear customers, please understand that longer delivery times can currently occur due to the increased border controls. We still ship within 24 hours after receipt of payment. However, we are currently noticing a longer delivery time on the shipping routes, especially outside of Germany.

Delivery here can take 4-6 weeks, especially overseas.

The flat rate shipping fee includes VAT. Since the VAT on the shipping flat rate is calculated depending on the goods purchased, it can be reduced if goods are purchased at lower sales tax rates. This means that the shipping fee can only be finally calculated in the course of the ordering process. However, it cannot go higher, it can only go lower in your favor.

Information on calculating the delivery date
The deadline for delivery begins with all payment methods except for prepayment on the day after the contract is concluded and ends with the expiry of the last day of the deadline. For payments in advance, the period begins after the payment order has been placed with the transferring credit institution. If the last day of the period falls on a Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day will take the place of such a day.
Please make sure that you or a third person can receive the delivery.
If a parcel cannot be delivered through the fault of the recipient, e.g. in the event of refusal to accept, an incorrect address, an incorrect recipient or if the recipient has not been found, the recipient is liable for the goods, for possible consequential damage and damage to third parties.
The recipient bears the costs for any package tours.
