- In the online ordering process, the billing address is automatically adopted as the delivery address in the “Delivery address” order step.
- Your delivery address details can be found in the order confirmation that you receive by e-mail after completing your online order.
- Delivery bill and invoice are enclosed with the delivery.
- As soon as the ordered items leave our warehouse, you will receive a delivery confirmation by e-mail (if you have given us an e-mail address when ordering) with information on shipment tracking and your invoice in PDF format.
- Please use shipment tracking to control your parcel; you can arrange this with our standard service provider GLS via the recipient service:
- You can enter a different delivery address in the order step “Delivery address”.
- Your delivery address details can be found in the order confirmation that you receive by e-mail after completing your online order.
- As soon as the ordered items leave our warehouse, you will receive (if you have provided us with an e-mail address when ordering) a delivery confirmation by e-mail with tracking information and your invoice in PDF format.
- If we do not have an e-mail address, you will continue to receive the invoice by post to the billing address.
Parcel notification by e-mail:
- You will be notified of the expected delivery time by e-mail from the parcel service provider.
- If the parcel could not be delivered, you will receive an e-mail notification with information about the pick-up location.
- Your e-mail will be forwarded once to the parcel service for this purpose.
Prices, shipping costs and delivery information:
The prices stated on the product pages include VAT and other price components. The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you in the shopping cart system and on the order page. The flat-rate shipping fee includes the statutory value added tax. The shipping fee is only finally calculated during the ordering process.

The delivery time within Germany is approx. 1 – 3 days. We usually ship within 24 hours after receipt of payment.
GLS:
For orders under 34.50 euros, shipping costs 4.50 euros within Germany with the shipping service provider GLS.
DHL
For orders under 34.50 euros, shipping costs 4.90 euros within Germany with the shipping service provider DHL. DHL also allows delivery on Saturdays or to the Packstation

- Your consignment will be available for collection at the Packstation for 9 days / at the post office for 7 days.

As soon as the ordered items leave our warehouse, you will receive a delivery confirmation with tracking information by e-mail.
Dear customers, please understand that there may currently be longer delivery times due to the increased border controls. We still ship within 24 hours after receipt of payment. However, we are currently noticing longer delivery times on the shipping routes, especially outside Germany.
In addition to the prices quoted, we charge for international delivery.

Delivery can take 4-6 weeks, especially overseas.
The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you in the shopping cart system and on the order page.
The flat-rate shipping fee includes the statutory value added tax. As the VAT on the flat-rate shipping fee is calculated depending on the goods purchased, it may be reduced if goods are purchased at lower VAT rates. This means that the shipping fee can only be finally calculated during the ordering process. However, it cannot become higher, but only lower in your favor.
Parcel service
Our parcels are sent by DHL as standard. Deliveries with GLS are also offered.
Information on calculating the delivery date
The delivery period for all payment methods except prepayment begins on the day after the contract is concluded and ends at the end of the last day of the period. For payments in advance, the period begins after the payment order has been issued to the transferring bank. If the last day of the period falls on a Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.
Please make sure that you or a third person can accept the delivery.
If a parcel cannot be delivered due to the recipient’s fault, e.g. in the event of a refusal to accept delivery, an incorrect address, an incorrect recipient or the recipient was not found, the recipient shall be liable for the goods, for any consequential damage and for damage to third parties.
Costs for any parcel returns shall be borne by the recipient.
