Dog treats → Pure nature with teeth brushing – that’s it!

Dog treats
is actually an important topic. It’s not just about the reward, but also about health and a long life. And that’s what everyone wants. What can the dog treats contribute to this? The right ones are the basis for being healthy.

Why can dog treats be so important?

Everyone should know it by now: A healthy mouth = a healthy body. Once we humans have understood this, we brush our teeth twice a day. Because we know that plaque can be very dangerous. But it’s also about our attitude to life: clean teeth make us feel better. It is therefore inexplicable why so many people do not think about the fact that our dogs suffer at least the same fate. And even worse, because they have to smell their bad breath all the time. Humans can’t do that. Our Jacob’s organ in the oral cavity has atrophied. But dogs live in the world of smell. And if we just think about it for a moment, we realize how terrible that must be.

Why does bad breath start it all?

Bacteria are the cause of bad breath. But they are also the ones who make us ill. They reach the intestine simply by swallowing the saliva. There they begin to initiate inflammation. The researchers then call them fusobacteria. They are also the cause of tumors and cancer. That’s why we have to do something about plaque every day – even in our animals. Unfortunately, this has been difficult so far. Dental care must be appropriate and suitable for everyday use, otherwise it won’t work. This is why 80% of dogs have dental disease. Innovative dental care was urgently needed. And brushing the dog’s teeth with treats has already been tried. But mechanical abrasion alone is not enough!

How do dog treats work as dental care?

When chewing, they crumble and spread over the teeth. They can then act throughout the oral cavity – naturally antibacterial. We know this effect from grandma’s curd wraps. Just not on the knee, but now in the mouth. And it’s very simple: pure nature – without additives. But it must be the right combination of vital substances to not only reduce plaque but also dissolve tartar.
This research task was more complicated than expected. And then a new process technology had to be developed in order to preserve all the natural vitamins at low temperatures. For example, vitamin K1 is sensitive to heat, but essential for blood formation. Overall, the high proportion of natural vitamins and minerals supports the immune system. This regulates the ratio of beneficial and harmful bacteria. In dentistry, this is known as biofilm management. It is the basis for being healthy.
